Our counselors are adept at analyzing economic activity and learning and focuses on the changing role and structure of the economy and its relation to education in the United States of America. We have an expanded network and connect with both Colleges and Professional Institutions each cycle to learn about the latest trends and developments in the admission process. We provide a customized solution that helps enable our clients to get acceptances from the colleges of their choice.
All competitive colleges strive to build a diversified and interesting student body. These days, there is a growing preference, especially at the most selective schools, to admit high achievers who are also “angular” or “focused” candidates. These students tend to possess a special activity or unusual characteristic that sets them apart from other applicants. We identify a particular strength, talent, or experience of a student, that would be most valued by a specific college and help present it in a manner that maximizes the chances of admission. Simultaneously, our consultants identify any gaps or areas that may be viewed as weak in the admissions process and help students to find activities or experiences to enrich their journey and fill these gaps. As admission decisions lean upon what unique contribution a student is able to make that will add to the diversity of the entering class, we help provide access and insight into the process. The early identification of traits, skills, and experiences that best match a student’s career goals, can not only help a student stand out but also help students find the career path they wish to pursue. College Search
• Specific selection factors that the student is looking for in a college (size, location, campus life, major, cost, extracurricular activities) are analyzed and a college list is formulated
• Thorough review of the students’ extracurricular and academic background is reviewed
• Guidance provided through the Early Decision/ Early Action decision making process
• A specific work plan to ensure that all applications and supporting materials are completed
• The list of colleges is reviewed and revised until all applications are successfully mailed
College Visits and Tours
• Students and their families are encouraged to visit colleges
• Appointments for campus tours and information sessions can be made
• A list of suggested questions and tips to use while on tour is provided
• Professionals in admission offices are contacted on an as needed basis
Brag Sheet
• The polished list of extracurricular activities shows commitment and quality of involvement which includes a brief description, years of involvement, hours per week and /or weeks per year, position, leadership and honors/awards, if any, that have been earned
• Methods of how the different colleges like this information conveyed is addressed
Portfolio
• Specialized talent of student such as; musician, athlete, dancer, actor, math/science, writer, artist or photographer (as examples) often require additional materials be sent to prospective colleges
• Detailed specialized requirements for auditions and/or additional applications are the focus and careful review of all materials is provided
• Oversee recommendation letter requests from coaches, directors, mentors and other outside of school sources
Essays/Personal Statements
• Brainstorm essay topics and develop ideas
• Revisions and careful editing are ongoing
• Detailed suggestions for content, correct structure and vocabulary are provided

Letters of Recommendation

• Students are taught about college interviewing and are informed of some crucial tips to remember during the interview
• Students and their counselor collaborate to create a thorough list of possible interview questions as well as questions to ask the interviewer.
• Students feel more comfortable during their college interviews so that they make an excellent impression
Demonstration of Interest
• After the applications are submitted, expressed interest is important and Efiie offers helpful Do’s and Don’ts
• Expressed Interest can, at times, be a crucial component in the admissions process
Submitting the Application
• After polishing personal statements, brag sheets and any required supplementary materials, all of the student’s applications are submitted paper or paperless, depending what the specific university would like
• All of the student’s applications are reviewed before submitting
• Trouble spots are identified and improved prior to submission
• Up to date admission requirements are thoroughly researched
Support
• Efiie has the expertise to help the student and the parents with ALL of their questions and concerns throughout the entire process
• Students are guided on how to present themselves in the best light (according to their experiences and accomplishments) to maximize their potential of gaining acceptance to the school of their choice

COST OF PACKAGE?
The costs of our college positioning packages are based on the applicants ranking i.e. freshman, sophomore, junior or senior and also your preference of hourly vs comprehensive.
Cost of Hourly Package?
We do not believe hourly assistance is the best way to assist and position a student. Our consultants are fully invested in the future and the lives of their students. Hourly support does not allow a consultant to get to know a student on a personal level as compared to our per semester students who have access to EFIIE’s Student Portal. Full-time support and positioning start with knowing the strengths and weaknesses of an applicant and his/her/their profile. EFIIE believes our admission consulting is best applied for students who are completing their Common App and wish to be competitive. Through knowing our students, we work to ensure each and every aspect of their application is as strong as it can be. All our registered semester students have their applications reviewed prior to submitting and are admission ready well ahead of the time.
Cost of Full Comprehensive Package?
Our per semester rosters are the most comprehensive as we stay in touch and up to date with the progress of the students throughout their entire high school career to ensure the best positioning, extracurricular, athletic scholarship opportunities and class grades are kept up with. We provide tutoring and testing assistance. Parents in the past have described our comprehensive package as “full-time advisor”. We like to think that in the midst of busy schedules we are there to ensure that our students focus on what’s most important i.e. their grades and test scores, extracurricular and community service hours, etc., while it is our job to focus on all tasks that deal with their admission goals.

*Junior/Senior $20900/semester
* NOT ALL STUDENTS ARE ACCEPTED TO REGISTER ONTO ROSTER. SPACE IS LIMITED. STUDENTS MAY REQUEST TO BE PLACED ON WAITLIST FOR SUBSEQUENT SEMESTER(S). INITIAL CONSULTANT AND TIMELINE EVALUATION IS REQUIRED FOR POSITIONING. A MINIMUM NUMBER OF SEMESTER(S) WILL BE REQUIRED BASED ON TIMELINE AND POSITIONING OF STUDENT.
We have seen hundreds of students, and in our experience, it is best to schedule an in-depth assessment before choosing a package, so if for any reason you are uncertain of which package best suits you, our consultants can help ensure you have the best timeline for success. The cost of our assessment is applied to the total cost of the package you purchase. So you are not losing anything. We want to make sure you have chosen the package that best suits your needs.

We have found that this way allows us to ensure each of our current clients and their application, get the attention and time which they have entrusted to us.
At Efiie, we continue to turn clients away once we have filled our capacity for the application cycle. With that said, space is limited, and we service our clients on a first come first serve basis. We apologize, however in an effort to be fair, we cannot make exceptions to this rule.
