Recruiting Process
We have a unique approach to our recruiting process because we want to ensure that we place the most advanced, knowledgeable and coherent teams to ensure our clients and our colleagues are all thriving in their roles. We believe that this begins with a careful selection process. Our initial stage is a two-way dialogue designed so that we can get to know you and you can get to know ECG. There are two rounds of case interviews, with two separate interviews in the first round and two additional ones in the second. Our interviews are based on real projects that your interviewer has worked on. Those examples will give you an insight into what it is like to work at ECG, and they will allow us to focus on how you would approach solving practical application positioning problems. These interviews also gives us an opportunity to learn about your personal experience, drive and motivation, while giving you a chance to get to know our culture and our people. On the day of the interview, relax and be yourself.
When to Apply
Although we recruit throughout the year, we only take on a certain amount of clients per consultant to ensure the highest level of focus and service is delivered. You may apply at any time as we are constantly reviewing applications.
